TCB runs on Extensiv, a cloud-based warehouse management system built for 3PLs. Every client gets their own login to see what's happening inside our warehouse in real time, including inventory on hand by SKU, lot, and expiration date, inbound shipments and receiving status, and every order from placement to tracking number. Questions like "Did my inventory arrive?" or "Did that order ship?" get answered in seconds, without an email or a phone call.

The portal is for working, not just viewing. Your team can create shipping orders, schedule inbound receipts, and submit work orders directly in the system. We set permissions for each user, so your operations lead, your finance team, and anyone else you add see only what they need.

Your sales channels connect straight into our system. Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, eBay, Etsy, and more than 100 other platforms integrate directly, and wholesale and retail orders can come in through EDI, API, or file upload. Orders flow in automatically and tracking flows back out to your store. We connect your channels during onboarding, so you're shipping within the first week.

Reporting is on demand. Clients can pull stock status, inventory turns, receiving history, order history, and cycle count reports whenever they need them. If the report you want doesn't exist, we can build it.

Traceability is built into every unit we handle. Inventory is tracked by lot, batch, and expiration date, rotated FIFO or FEFO, and recorded with a full audit history. If a recall happens, we can identify every affected unit at the lot level and act fast.
