B2B and Wholesale Fulfillment
Case and pallet fulfillment to retailers and distributors, built to each retailer's routing guide, with EDI, ASNs and delivery appointments handled.

Wholesale and retail orders, shipped to the retailer's rules
We ship wholesale and retail orders by the case and the pallet, including to retailers with their own routing requirements. Orders are picked, labeled, palletized and booked to the retailer's rules, with EDI and ASN handled where the account requires it. Truckload economics generally improve at 20 or more pallets.
Why wholesale orders get charged back
A chargeback is a deduction the retailer takes off your invoice when a shipment doesn't meet their requirements. They're common, they're usually preventable, and most brands don't find out until the payment comes up short.
The frequent causes:
- Wrong or missing carton labels, or labels placed on the wrong panel
- ASN transmitted late, or ASN contents not matching what physically arrived
- Delivery outside the booked appointment window
- Pallet height, wrap or configuration outside the retailer's spec
- Wrong carrier or routing when the retailer controls the freight
Each retailer publishes its own rules and they differ. The work is reading that routing guide before the first order ships rather than after the first deduction.
How it works
- Send the retailer, the routing guide and your PO volume. We read the guide and flag anything that affects packaging or labeling before the first order.
- Inventory is received, counted and set up at case and pallet level.
- Orders are picked, labeled to the retailer's spec, palletized and wrapped.
- The ASN is transmitted and the delivery appointment booked.
- Freight is booked to the retailer's routing requirement, or to the best available mode when routing is yours to choose.
- Order status and inventory are visible in the client portal.

What's included
- Case and pallet picking. Orders picked at case or pallet level rather than each, palletized and stretch-wrapped to spec.
- Retail routing guide compliance. Orders prepared and booked to the retailer's stated requirements for labeling, packaging, pallet configuration and carrier.
- EDI and ASN. Electronic documents exchanged and advance ship notices transmitted where the account requires them.
- Carton and pallet labeling. GS1-128 shipping labels, retailer-specific carton marks, and pallet placards.
- Delivery appointment scheduling. Appointments booked with the receiving DC against their window.
- Retail rollout and store launch. Multi-store initial orders picked, labeled and routed for a coordinated on-shelf date.
- Retail-ready display builds. Shelf-ready trays and pre-packed shippers assembled before shipment.
- Inventory control. Flexible inventory rotation (FIFO, FEFO, or LIFO) with lot and batch tracking, expiration-date capture, cycle counts, and full lot-level traceability for recall readiness. Custom lot allocation available to support client audit and inventory-valuation requirements.
We handle sealed and packaged product. We do not handle open or unwrapped product, and we do not manufacture, co-pack or repackage.

Who this is for
- Brands moving from direct-to-consumer into wholesale for the first time.
- Brands already shipping to distributors and regional chains.
- Brands launching into a national retailer and facing a routing guide for the first time.
- Anyone who has taken a chargeback and doesn't fully understand why.
If your product is headed to a retailer's DC, we build the shipment to that retailer's rules before the first order goes out.
Why brands work with TCB Global
Compliance built in before the first order
We read the retailer's routing guide up front and build labeling, pallet configuration and appointment scheduling to it, so chargebacks get prevented instead of disputed.
Retail rollouts that land together
A store launch goes to many locations at once, tied to an on-shelf date. We pick and label to a store-level breakdown, stage the whole rollout before anything moves, and book delivery windows across locations. Early product sits in a backroom; late product misses the reset.
Lot allocation retail buyers ask for
Retail buyers often care which lot they receive. We can keep a promotional run together or pick against expiration to guarantee minimum remaining shelf life, which is also what your finance team needs when inventory valuation depends on which lot shipped when.
One inventory pool for wholesale and DTC
The same stock serves your retail accounts and your own store, so you aren't splitting inventory or forecasting twice for the same SKU.
Frequently Asked Questions
It's the document a retailer publishes setting out how shipments to them must be labeled, packed, palletized, routed and scheduled. Following it is what prevents chargebacks, and each retailer's guide is different.
