Our Story

TCB didn’t start with a pitch deck. It started with a crew of people who had already spent years in the trenches, quietly powering some of the biggest brands in energy drinks, action sports, and live events.

Before there was TCB, our founding partners were the ones behind the scenes at Rockstar Energy Drink— building in‑house logistics, running large‑scale festival and tour operations, and making sure product and gear showed up on time in stadiums, on stages, and on shelves around the world. They learned how to move inventory through warehouses, across borders, and into the hands of fans and customers when there was no room for error.

Along the way, they saw both sides of the logistics world. They experienced partners who treated every pallet like it mattered — and others who treated brands like just another ticket number. They lived through missed appointments, broken promises, and 3PLs that didn’t understand what was at stake for the brand when a load was late or a label was wrong.

So instead of continuing to tolerate it, they built something different.

When a major acquisition reshaped the company they’d helped grow, the partners chose to bet on themselves. In 2020, they took the experience of running a world‑class in‑house logistics operation and turned it into a standalone company dedicated to one idea: Taking Care of Business the way they wished their best partners had done for them.

TCB began in a single building in Las Vegas, with no big marketing push — just long‑standing relationships and a track record of getting it done. Brands that knew the partners from the past came first, trusting that the same people who had once protected their campaigns, launches, and events would now protect their own supply chains.

From that starting point, TCB grew the way good operations grow: steadily, by word of mouth and proven performance. Capacity expanded. An Orlando facility followed, giving brands smart East‑and‑West coverage and the ability to support more complex programs and tighter timelines.

Today, TCB is a bi‑coastal logistics partner that handles it all. 

But the heart of the company is still the same group of partners who built their careers inside other brands before building this one. They know what it feels like to be on the hook for a launch, a reset, or a campaign — and to lie awake wondering if your logistics partner will really show up.

TCB exists to take that weight off your shoulders.
