Amazon FBA and Marketplace Prep

FBA prep, FNSKU labeling and shipment plans, plus FBM and marketplace fulfillment for Walmart, TikTok Shop and Target Plus from one inventory pool.

Prep, labeling and marketplace fulfillment in one place

Yes, we prep and ship inventory into Amazon FBA and handle marketplace fulfillment for sellers. Product is received, labeled to marketplace spec, packed to case requirements and shipped against a shipment plan. We also fulfill FBM and other marketplace orders directly from our warehouse.

Why prep mistakes cost more than they look like they should

Marketplace penalties are not proportionate to the error. A missing poly bag or a mislabeled unit doesn't produce a warning and a correction. It produces refused inventory, a chargeable prep fee, or a suppressed listing.

The ones that hurt:

  • Late shipment rate. Applies to merchant-fulfilled orders. Push it past the allowed threshold and your account status is at risk, not just your rating.
  • Listing suppression. A listing pulled from search over a prep or compliance issue earns nothing while it's down, and recovering rank afterward takes longer than the suppression did.
  • IPI score. Amazon's inventory performance measure. Low scores bring storage limits, which cap how much you can send in regardless of demand.
  • Unplanned prep fees. Inventory arriving unprepped gets prepped by the marketplace and billed back at their rate, or refused.

None of these are recoverable after the fact. They're prevented at the prep table.

How it works

  1. Send your SKU list with category, packaging type and current prep requirements.
  2. Inventory is received, counted and checked against expected quantities, with lot and expiration data captured where applicable.
  3. Units are prepped and labeled to marketplace spec.
  4. Cartons are built to the shipment plan, labeled and manifested.
  5. Inbound freight is booked to the assigned fulfillment center.
  6. Remaining inventory is held for FBM, DTC or replenishment.

What's included

  • FNSKU labeling. Unit labels applied to marketplace spec, with original barcodes covered where required.
  • Prep to category requirements. Poly bagging with suffocation warnings, bundling and boxing of sealed products to the category's stated rules.
  • Shipment plan preparation. Cartons built, labeled and manifested against the plan so the receiving facility can check them in cleanly.
  • Case-packed and individual shipments. Both handled, depending on how your SKUs are configured.
  • FBM and merchant fulfillment. Orders shipped direct from our warehouse under your marketplace account.
  • Multi-marketplace prep. Walmart WFS, TikTok Shop and Target Plus each carry their own labeling and packaging rules.
  • Inventory control. Flexible inventory rotation (FIFO, FEFO, or LIFO) with lot and batch tracking, expiration-date capture, cycle counts, and full lot-level traceability for recall readiness.
  • Inbound freight to fulfillment centers. Shipments booked and routed to the assigned facility.

We work with sealed and packaged products. We do not handle open or unwrapped products, and we do not manufacture, co-pack or repackage.

Who this is for

  • Sellers sending inventory into FBA who don't want to prep it themselves.
  • Brands running FBA and their own store at the same time and holding two sets of inventory to do it.
  • Sellers expanding past Amazon into Walmart, TikTok Shop or Target Plus and discovering each has its own requirements.
  • Anyone who has had a shipment refused or a listing suppressed over prep.

Send your SKU list with category and packaging type, and we'll tell you what prep each SKU requires and where your current process is creating penalty exposure.

Why sellers prep with TCB Global

Penalties prevented at the prep table

Refused inventory, unplanned prep fees and suppressed listings all trace back to prep. Labeling and packing to marketplace spec before the shipment is built is what keeps them from happening.

Shelf life checked before it ships in

Supplements, food and other dated products carry minimum remaining shelf life requirements at receipt. Expiration dates are captured at receiving, so units going into a shipment are selected against remaining shelf life, not whatever is closest to the door.

FBA and DTC from one inventory pool

Holding inventory in one place and sending into FBA as needed keeps allocation flexible, keeps you under storage limits, and means a marketplace stockout doesn't strand product you could have sold direct.

Inbound from the closer coast

With inventory in Nevada and Florida, shipments can go into the fulfillment center closest to them rather than crossing the country first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you apply FNSKU labels?

Yes. Unit labels are applied to marketplace spec with original barcodes covered where required, before the shipment is built.

Can you prep for Walmart, TikTok Shop and Target Plus?

Yes, we've prepped for all three. Each has its own labeling and packaging requirements, and we can take on additional marketplaces as you expand.

Can you handle FBM orders too?

Yes. Merchant-fulfilled orders ship direct from our warehouse under your account, which is how sellers reduce concentration risk without giving up marketplace sales.

Do you track expiration dates for supplement and food SKUs?

Yes. Expiration-date capture happens at receiving with lot and batch tracking, so units going into a shipment are selected against remaining shelf life rather than picked at random.

Which facility handles Amazon work?

Both. Prep and inbound shipments run out of our Henderson, Nevada facility and our Orlando, Florida facility, which means inventory can be sent into the fulfillment center closest to it rather than crossing the country first.

Can I hold inventory with you and send into FBA as needed?

Yes, and it's usually the better structure. Holding a reserve outside Amazon keeps you under storage limits and lets you serve DTC and marketplace demand from one pool.
