Ecommerce fulfillment from Nevada and Florida
We handle direct-to-consumer ecommerce fulfillment out of our Henderson, Nevada facility in the Las Vegas metro and our Orlando, Florida facility. Your store connects to our warehouse system, orders flow in automatically, and we pick, pack and ship them the same day when they land before cutoff. We're generally a fit for brands around 500 orders a month and up.
When does a brand actually need a 3PL?
Two different questions get mixed together here, so here's both answers.
Most brands start needing outsourced fulfillment somewhere past 100 orders a month. Below that, the fixed cost of onboarding and integration is hard to justify against packing them yourself.
TCB specifically is generally a fit around 500 orders a month and up. We're built for brands already moving volume, and a brand doing 120 orders a month is usually better served somewhere set up for that stage.
The other trigger has nothing to do with volume. It's when fulfillment starts pulling your attention away from the work that grows the business, or when errors start showing up in customer emails. Both usually arrive before the order count does.
How it works
- Send your SKU list, current volume and platform. We confirm integration and pricing.
- Inbound inventory is received, counted and verified, with discrepancies flagged before anything goes to a pick location.
- Your store connects to our system and orders begin flowing automatically.
- Orders are picked, packed and shipped against the daily cutoff.
- Returns route back into the same facility and get processed on your disposition rules.
- You watch inventory and order status in real time.

What's included
- Store and marketplace integration. Your cart connects to our warehouse system so orders arrive without anyone rekeying them. Shopify and most major platforms are supported.
- Same-day pick and pack. Orders received before 12 PM ship that day.
- Inventory receiving and SKU setup. Inbound product counted, verified against expected quantities, and checked for labeling accuracy before it goes to a pick location.
- Carrier selection by order. Shipping method chosen against weight, dimensions and destination instead of defaulting everything to one carrier.
- Branded inserts and packaging. Cards, samples and promotional material added at the pack station. Custom packaging handled where you supply it.
- Inventory control. Flexible inventory rotation (FIFO, FEFO, or LIFO) with lot and batch tracking, expiration-date capture, cycle counts, and full lot-level traceability for recall readiness.
- Returns processing. Logged, inspected and dispositioned to your rules.
- Real-time visibility. Inventory, receipts and order status available to your team through the client portal.
We fulfill sealed and packaged product. We do not handle open or unwrapped product, and we do not manufacture, co-pack or repackage.

Who this is for
- Brands selling through their own store, through marketplaces, or both.
- Brands currently self-fulfilling out of a garage, a unit, or their own small warehouse and spending more time on orders than on growth.
- Brands whose volume spikes hard around launches, promotions or seasonal peaks and flattens in between.
We're generally a fit for brands around 500 orders a month and up, already moving volume and ready to hand fulfillment off.
Why brands work with TCB Global
A hands-on team, not a ticket queue
The large national providers run on volume and their processes are built around it. We're smaller and more hands-on by design. Your team has direct access to the people handling your product, and order changes are handled by a person rather than a ticket queue.
Built for spikes
Most fulfillment problems show up during a spike, not a normal week: a launch, an influencer post, a holiday promotion, a retail feature. Tell us what's coming and when, and staffing and pick paths get set up ahead of it.
Inventory on both coasts
As you grow, where inventory sits starts affecting shipping cost more than carrier rates do. Splitting stock between Nevada and Florida reduces zone counts and transit times on a large portion of orders.
One inventory pool across channels
The same inventory eventually has to serve your store, a marketplace and a retailer. Running all of it from one pool, with the right workflow for each, is what keeps you from needing a second warehouse relationship.
