Trade Show and Event Logistics
Trade show freight, booth storage and event activation logistics, 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center and 15 minutes from the Orlando convention center.

Show freight and activations, minutes from the convention centers
Yes, we handle trade show freight and event activation logistics. Booth materials, product, displays and merchandise are stored, staged, shipped to advance warehouse or show site, and recovered after teardown. We're 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center and 15 minutes from the Orlando convention center, which is the whole argument in itself.
Two kinds of work
Trade show freight is deadline work into a venue that controls its own dock: advance receiving windows, drayage, marshaling yards, target move-in times.
Event and tour activation is distribution against a live calendar. Merch, sampling product, giveaways and build materials landing in the right city on the right day, then coming back.
Advance warehouse or direct to show site?
Advance shipping means your freight arrives at the show's designated warehouse ahead of move-in, gets held, and is delivered to your booth by the general contractor. Direct to show site means it arrives during your target move-in window and you're relying on the dock being ready.
Advance costs more per hundredweight and removes almost all of the risk. Direct is cheaper and every hour of delay is yours to absorb. For a booth you can't rebuild on short notice, advance is usually the right call.
What changes as you scale
One show a year is a freight booking. A show calendar is a storage and condition problem, because the booth spends more time in a warehouse than on a floor and arrives at the next show in whatever state it left the last one.
As the calendar fills, the constraint moves from getting freight there to knowing what you have: which properties survived, what needs replacing, what product is left over and where it went. That's inventory work, and it's why show logistics tends to migrate toward whoever is already holding the inventory. For brands running both shows and retail, the same product supports both, which removes the duplicate stock most exhibit programs carry.
How it works
- Send the show or tour calendar with load-in dates, venue requirements and target move-in times.
- We confirm what's already in storage, inspect condition, and flag anything that didn't survive the last show.
- Materials are staged, palletized and labeled to the show's specs, with paperwork prepared to the venue's requirements.
- Freight is booked to advance warehouse or show site against the deadline that actually matters.
- Post-show recovery, return freight, condition check, and back into storage.
- You see what's in storage and what's on the road in the client portal.

What we handle
- Storage of booth properties and displays between shows
- Inspection and condition check on return from the last show
- Staging and palletizing to show specifications
- Freight to advance warehouse or show site, with paperwork prepared to the show's requirements
- Drayage and marshaling yard coordination
- Product and literature shipped separately from booth freight where that's faster
- Multi-city routing against a tour or activation calendar, with delivery windows tied to load-in
- Merch, sampling product, giveaways and premiums picked and packed per city, and activation materials kitted before they ship
- Post-show and post-event recovery, return freight, and reconciliation of what actually came back
- Inventory control on show products: flexible rotation (FIFO, FEFO, or LIFO) with lot and batch tracking, expiration-date capture and cycle counts

Who this is for
- Brands exhibiting at trade shows in Las Vegas, Orlando or on a national show calendar.
- Brands running festival, sampling and experiential activation tours.
- Exhibit programs tired of shipping a booth back to their own facility after every show.
Send your show calendar or tour routing. We'll tell you which shipments should go advance, where your drayage exposure is, and what needs to be in place ahead of time.
Why exhibitors work with TCB Global
Minutes from both convention centers
We're 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center and 15 from the Orlando convention center. Late-add product can reach your booth the same day, a damaged display can be swapped during move-in, and post-show freight doesn't wait on a cross-country pickup.
Your booth, stored and checked between shows
Booth properties and displays are stored, inspected on return and staged for the next event, which removes the cost of shipping a booth back to your own facility and back out again.
Activation experience from the brand side
Our team built and ran logistics and activations for Rockstar Energy, including their global music festivals. That's where this side of the business comes from.
No expired product in a sampling kit
Sampling product carries expiration dates, and a tour running across a season can outlast its shelf life. Expiration dates are captured at receiving, which keeps expired product out of sampling kits.
Frequently Asked Questions
Advance sends freight to the show's warehouse before move-in, where it's held and delivered to your booth. Direct arrives during your move-in window. Advance costs more and removes most of the timing risk.
Drayage is the movement of your freight from the advance warehouse or venue dock to your actual booth space, handled by the show's general contractor. It's billed separately from your inbound freight and it's a common source of unplanned show cost.
Yes. Booth properties and displays are stored between shows, inspected on return, and staged for the next event. That removes the cost of shipping a booth back to your own facility twice a year.
Twenty-five minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center and 15 minutes from the Orlando convention center. That supports same-day delivery of late-add products and fast replacement of damaged displays during move-in.
Yes. Merch and sampling distribution, delivery against load-in windows, and post-event recovery. Our team's background is in producing global music festivals and running activation logistics for Rockstar Energy.
Yes. Expiration-date capture happens at receiving with lot and batch tracking, so a tour running across a season doesn't end up handing out product past its shelf life.
