Alcohol Distribution and Compliance

Alcohol storage and distribution from our Orlando Florida State Bonded Warehouse, licensed by the Florida DBPR Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco.

A licensing question before it's a logistics question

Yes, we store and distribute alcohol out of our Orlando, Florida facility, a Florida State Bonded Warehouse licensed by the Florida DBPR Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. Our Henderson, Nevada facility does not handle alcohol. What we can do for your brand depends on your own licensing and the states you ship into, so scope is confirmed before onboarding.

Why alcohol is a licensing question first

Alcohol is the most regulated product category most brands will ever ship. Who is permitted to store it, move it, sell it and to whom is determined by federal and state law, not by warehouse capability.

A 3PL can have the space, the racking and the equipment and still be legally unable to touch your product. The question a brand should ask is not whether a provider can store alcohol. It's under what license.

Our license

Our Orlando facility operates as a Florida State Bonded Warehouse, licensed by the Florida DBPR Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco (ABT).

That designation is specific and worth being precise about. It is a state bonded warehouse under Florida ABT. It is not a customs bonded warehouse, which holds imported goods before duty is paid, and it is not TTB-bonded premises, which relates to federal excise tax.

We store product for brands. We do not buy or sell alcohol, so federal permits stay with you or your importer. License details are shared directly with clients during onboarding.

The three-tier system

In most states alcohol moves through three separate tiers: producer, wholesaler or distributor, and retailer. Each requires its own license, and in most states the same entity cannot hold licenses across tiers.

This is why a brand cannot simply ship its own product to whoever wants it. Where your product can go, who can take title, and who is permitted to deliver it are determined by which tier each party occupies and which state the transaction crosses. State rules vary substantially. A structure that's legal in one state can be prohibited in the next.

What's included

  • State bonded storage in Orlando. Alcohol stored in our Florida State Bonded Warehouse under Florida ABT licensing.
  • Case and pallet picking. Orders picked for both retail and distributor channels, where licensing permits.
  • Inventory control. FEFO and FIFO rotation, with lot and batch tracking, expiration-date capture at receiving, cycle counts, and full lot-level traceability for recall readiness.
  • ABT reporting and recordkeeping. Monthly ABT warehouse inventory reporting covering receipts, removals and inventory counted in units, plus recordkeeping, state audits and documentation of damaged product.
  • Beverage freight logic. RTDs, hard seltzers and canned cocktails carry the same weight and freight characteristics as non-alcoholic beverages, so the freight approach is unchanged. What changes is who may legally receive the shipment.

We handle sealed and packaged product. We do not manufacture, co-pack or repackage, and we do not handle open or unwrapped product.

Who this is for

  • Alcohol brands and importers that need bonded storage in Florida.
  • RTD, hard seltzer and canned cocktail brands already familiar with beverage logistics.
  • Brands expanding into new states and channels that need a clear line on what their warehouse can and can't do.

Tell us what you're producing or importing, where you're licensed, and which states you're selling into. We'll tell you plainly what we can handle out of Orlando and where your own licensing has to carry it.

Why alcohol brands work with TCB Global

A specific, licensed designation

Our Orlando facility is a Florida State Bonded Warehouse under Florida DBPR ABT. We're precise about what that is and isn't, so there's no confusion with customs bonded or TTB-bonded premises.

Clear lines on responsibility

We handle monthly ABT warehouse inventory reporting, recordkeeping, state audits and damaged product documentation. Federal excise tax, TTB label approval and Florida brand registration stay with the brand.

Regulated-consumable inventory control

Alcohol gets the same inventory control we apply to other regulated consumables: FEFO and FIFO rotation, lot and batch tracking, and full lot-level traceability if a production run has to be identified.

Built for the way alcohol scales

Every state added is a separate set of rules, and a portfolio across beer, wine and spirits can sit under different rules in the same state. Scope is confirmed before onboarding so growth doesn't outrun your licensing.
